I was talking to my dad about all the stuff I pulled from the garden before the first freeze. I had 6 cucumbers and didn’t know what to do with them. He said, “Marinated Cucumbers, it’s in the betty crocker cookbook”. So, I found it. I made it and here you go.
My notes: I think the onions were too strong. I either need to cut them smaller or put 1/4 onion instead of 1/2. I also probably won’t ever buy Organic low-fat sour cream again, it’s all runny and weird. Otherwise, the dish was yum.
