Saag, Butter Chicken, and Paneer

Melissa has really enjoyed making indian food and I wanted to get involved. She found some Paneer at a local Indian grocer so I got to play.

The Paneer grills up real nice without melting all over the grill, so I seasoned it with a couple different seasonings we had in the pantry.  It was pretty good, but I think my favorite was either the plain garlic powder or the Slap Yo Mama seasoning.  One trick I realized here was that on my grill it’s difficult to control the heat level so some of the edges burnt pretty quickly.
